Are you passionate about empowering young girls and shaping the future of our communities? Complete Girlz, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and experienced Program Director to lead and inspire the next generation of leaders!

About Us:

Complete Girlz, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and mentoring young girls through educational programs, leadership development, and community engagement. Our mission is to equip girls ages 10-18 with the tools they need to thrive academically, personally, and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of all Complete Girlz programs and initiatives.
• Manage and support program staff, volunteers, and mentors.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, community organizations, and businesses.
• Ensure programs are aligned with the organization's mission and values.
• Develop and manage program overview
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment for participants.
• Regularly assess program impact and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in nonprofit program management or youth development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders.
• Experience in grant writing and fundraising is a plus.
• A passion for empowering young girls and promoting leadership.
