YAMM is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Volunteer Executive Director to support our mission. This is a remote, unpaid position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work along side President/CEO of YAMM
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to YAMM's programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with our dedicated team to drive our mission forward.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our programs.
• Create and foster partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach.
• Represent YAMM in meetings and events.
• Create memos
• Create and send emails

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to youth development and empowerment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in nonprofit management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a virtual team.
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.

Education: While a specific educational background is not required, a degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
