Garland, TX: Help with a fun dog event September 19!

Do you love animals and meeting people? Come make a splash with Best Friends! 🐾

We’re looking for friendly, energetic volunteers to help represent Best Friends at Wags and Waves 2026 in Garland, Texas.

📅 Saturday, September 19 | 10 a.m.–3 p.m.

📍 Hawaiian Waters Garland

4550 North Garland Avenue

Garland, TX 75040

As a volunteer, you’ll:

• 🎉 Hand out Best Friends swag and goodies
• 🐶 Talk with event attendees about our lifesaving mission
• 📸 Take fun photos at our booth
• 💙 Help inspire others to join the lifesaving movement

Volunteer shifts:

Setup: 8–11:30 a.m.

Breakdown: 11:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Our event lead will provide all the supplies needed!
