    About Us

We’re building a small portfolio of purpose-driven ventures focused on mental health, workforce wellbeing, and AI tools for small businesses. Everything is in an early, experimentation-heavy stage, and we’re inviting entrepreneurial partners to help build from the ground up.

This is not a traditional job. It’s a project-based partnership with equity/profit-share and a path into future paid roles as the ventures grow.

    The Opportunity

We’re looking for recent graduates or early-career builders who have an entrepreneurial streak and want to co-create, not just follow instructions.

You’ll help across multiple projects (product ideas, MVPs, go-to-market tests, and operations). In return, you receive equity and/or profit share instead of salary at the beginning. As the businesses generate revenue, there is potential to convert into paid, higher-responsibility roles.

    What You’ll Get

    • Ownership: Take responsibility for one or two workstreams and make a visible impact.
    • Support: Mentorship from experienced founders, weekly check-ins, and access to a supportive network.
    • Culture: A lean, trusted team that values honesty, learning fast, and a balanced, human-centered work style.
    • Growth Path: As ventures begin to earn revenue, there is a path to paid roles, increased equity, and leadership opportunities for those who’ve been building with us.

    We’re Looking For

    • Recent graduate or early-career (roughly 0–4 years experience) who is motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial.
    • Strong follow-through: you own your tasks and communicate clearly.
    • Comfortable with uncertainty, testing ideas, and changing direction.
    • Willing to jump between strategy and execution (research, simple ops, coordination, experiments).
    • Growth mindset – you want to grow your skills and build something meaningful.
    • Bonus: you’re driven to create a future bigger than the one you were handed.

    What This Is Not

    • A salaried employee position from day one.
    • A narrow, fixed job with a rigid description.
    • A passive “observer” role – you’ll be actively building and learning.

This is an equity/profit-share, partnership-style opportunity at an early stage, which can evolve into paid roles as the ventures succeed.

    How We Work

    • Weekly team syncs and one-on-one check-ins.
    • Quarterly reviews of what’s working, where you help shape direction.
    • Equity/profit-share structure agreed upfront with clear expectations.

    How to Express Interest

Send either a short video (2–3 minutes) or a short written note answering:

    1. Why does this opportunity excite you?
    2. Which of your strengths are you excited to bring to these projects?
    3. A recent project you owned from start to finish and what you learned.
    4. Where you see yourself in three years and how this experience could support that path.
