    Description

    Latimer House Docent

    Docents are needed to guide tours at the Latimer House, an 1852 Italianate Revival mansion on the corner of 3rd and Orange streets. Our training sessions are one on one, scheduling is flexible (we are open Tuesdays-Saturdays from 10am to 3pm). All docents can also explore additional opportunities through the Lower Cape Fear Historical Society, such as involvement with the gardens, archive, office administration, yearly events, marketing, website and social media, plus a host of other opportunities.
