Description
Description: Keep our organization moving forward behind the scenes by keeping data accurate, up-to-date, and organized across all participant, volunteer, and donor systems.
Purpose: Data Clerks ensure the integrity of our records, directly supporting grant writing, board reporting, and daily operations. Their meticulous work allows the rest of the team to stay fully focused on serving the community effectively.
Role: Review updates, enter participant information and donation records, digitalize handwritten forms, maintain contact lists, and pull data summaries for evaluations or meetings. They strictly maintain confidentiality while keeping digital filing systems clean and easy to navigate.
