    About Monumental Impact

Monumental Impact is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community makerspace in Palmer Lake, Colorado, dedicated to hands-on learning in technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship.

Through access to equipment, workspace, mentorship, programs, and real-world projects, we bring together high school and college students, adults, and community members to explore new interests, develop skills, and turn ideas into reality.

How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

    Background Check

To help maintain a safe, welcoming, and trusted environment, all volunteer roles at Monumental Impact require a background check.

As a nonprofit organization, volunteers age 21 and over are asked to cover the cost of their background check. Monumental Impact coordinates the process and provides instructions as part of onboarding when you are ready to come onboard.

    Interested?

We'd like to learn about your experience, interests, and what you'd like to contribute or learn.

The next step is to meet with us—virtually or at our Palmer Lake makerspace—to talk about the opportunity and determine whether it's a good fit for both of us.

Apply through our website to start the conversation. We prefer to receive a Cover Letter and Resume when you request to "Volunteer With Us" on our website.
