    Description

    Light The Night Orange County

    At Light The Night, we gather as a community to celebrate, honor, and remember those touched by cancer. Friends, families, schools, corporate teams, and sponsors join together to bring light to the darkness of cancer. The funds raised by this community fund lifesaving research, advocacy and support for blood cancer patients and their families.

    Volunteer Roles:

    To bring our walk to life, we require the support of:

    • 10 set up volunteers from 11am-3pm
    • 10 event support volunteers from 4:30-7pm
    • 10 route cheering volunteers from 6:30-8pm
    • 10 clean up volunteers from 7:30-9:30pm

    Parking Logistics: Free parking is available at Mike Ward Community Park located on Alton Pkwy and Lake Rd or Barranca Pkwy and Lake Rd. Free overflow parking is available across the street at Eastside Christian Church located at 4849 Alton Pkwy, Irvine, CA 92604.

    Event Festivities: 5:00-8:00pm

    Opening Ceremony/Walk: 7:00pm
