    Description

    Community Partnerships Manager

Let's Feed NY is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit running weekly volunteer-led food distributions across all five NYC boroughs and Long Island, serving hundreds of families every week in partnership with Island Harvest and Amazon.

We're looking for a Community Partnerships Manager to help us grow our network of partner organizations — food banks, shelters, churches, schools, and mission-aligned nonprofits — so we can reach more families in need.

    What you'll do:

    • Identify and reach out to potential partner organizations across NYC and Long Island
    • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, faith institutions, and social service providers
    • Represent Let's Feed NY at meetings, events, and community forums
    • Track outreach efforts and report partnership progress to leadership
    • Help design referral pipelines that connect families to our distributions

    What we're looking for:

    • Strong communicator with experience in outreach, community engagement, or relationship management
    • Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own pipeline
    • Passion for food justice and community service
    • Based in or deeply connected to NYC or Long Island communities

Time commitment: 5–10 hours per week. Primarily remote outreach with occasional in-person meetings.

This is a high-impact volunteer role with real responsibility. You'll work directly with our leadership team and see the direct results of your work in communities across New York.
