    Description

    Costume Shop

    Description: The costume shop volunteers help with building the costumes for a production.

    Responsibilities: Costume shop volunteers, complete assignments made by the costume designer which may include tracing patterns, cutting fabric, serging, sewing (machine and hand), ironing, steaming, completing alterations, hemming, applique work, and other tasks as needed. They may assist with costume maintenance during the run of shows including washing, ironing, and mending.
