    Description

Help Secure Donated Backpacks & School Supplies for Students in Africa

Develop Africa is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Johnson City, Tennessee. Since 2006, we have been empowering youth and communities in Africa through education, school supplies, scholarships, computer training, and self-reliance programs.

Each year, thousands of students lack basic school supplies such as backpacks, pencils, notebooks, and geometry sets. We are launching a focused campaign to secure in-kind donations directly from manufacturers and importers.

We are looking for a motivated volunteer to help lead this outreach effort.

    Role Overview

The Corporate Partnerships Outreach Coordinator will help identify and contact companies that manufacture:

    • Backpacks
    • Pencils
    • Notebooks
    • Pens
    • Rulers
    • Sharpeners
    • Geometry/Math sets

Your goal will be to help secure product donations or bulk discounts for distribution to underserved students.
