Description
Texas Prisons Community Advocates (TPCA) receives hundreds of letters from incarcerated individuals across Texas - stories, testimonies, and cries for help that fuel our advocacy.
We're looking for detail-oriented volunteers to help organize and manage letters from people inside prisons. This work is crucial for amplifying voices that often go unheard.
What You’ll Do:
- Input and organize handwritten letters into an Excel spreadsheet
- Help organize the files to be easily searchable.
- Maintain accurate and searchable records
- Support a movement for justice and human dignity
What You’ll Need:
- Experience with Excel and spreadsheet data entry
- Attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
- A commitment to showing up for incarcerated voices
