    Description

    Literacy Tutor

Literacy Tutors assist students in reaching their person literacy goals. A student and tutor are paired and then can chose how and where to meet. Two hours of tutoring a week per student is required. A six month commitment is required.

We also have tutoring opportunities in our drop in labs. This is a good opportunity for tutors who may not be able to take on a one on one student due time commitments.

In Order to Become a Tutor, a Candidate Must Be 18 years of age or older and have at least a high school diploma or GED/TASC.
