    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Review raw video footage and select the most meaningful moments while removing unnecessary or repetitive clips
    • Edit short videos (1–3 minutes) that clearly show the impact of donor support
    • Craft inspiring, easy-to-follow stories that connect donors to the families they sponsor
    • Add simple text overlays, captions, and light background audio where appropriate
    • Deliver clean, organized final videos in a timely manner

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with video editing (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
    • Ability to create clear, engaging, and emotionally impactful videos
    • Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability
    • Respect for the dignity and privacy of vulnerable families
    • Reliable, communicative, and able to meet agreed timelines
