    Description

    Front Desk Reception

    Available shifts are: Tue, Wed or Thurs, 1:00pm-4:00pm

    Duties include:

    Answer and route telephone calls

    Greet visitors and oversee sign-in procedure

    Provide accurate information about programs, classes, etc. scheduled at the Center

    Register participants for classes and programs

    Guide referrals to other agencies and services for help when necessary

    Assist with clerical or other work as requested.

    Attend Madison Senior Center volunteer training events as appropriate
