Description
BUiLT International is seeking a Community Engagement Lead to help strengthen and grow one of the most dynamic technology communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, building relationships, and creating welcoming environments where professionals can thrive.
As Community Engagement Lead, you will help cultivate relationships with BUiLT members, event attendees, and partner organizations while ensuring that new professionals entering the community feel seen, connected, and valued.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and connect attendees at BUiLT events such as Black Tech Thursday
- Help onboard new members into the BUiLT community
- Facilitate introductions between professionals, founders, and leaders in the ecosystem
- Gather feedback from attendees to improve community experiences
- Support community conversations across digital platforms

- Strong communicator who enjoys bringing people together
- Passionate about technology, professional growth, and community leadership
- Organized and proactive in relationship-building
- Interested in expanding their professional network within the tech ecosystem
