As a Mock Interviewer, you'll support clients as they practice essential interview and self-marketing skills, build confidence, and prepare for today's competitive workforce. We all remember how stressful interviews can be-your time and encouragement can transform that anxiety into achievement.

Your guidance directly supports individuals completing specialized job training and preparing to reenter the workforce with confidence and clarity.

What to expect:

• Arrive at 8:30 a.m. for a brief 30-minute orientation
• Conduct 2-5 one-on-one practice interviews with clients
• Provide written feedback using a simple evaluation form
• Participate in a group panel discussion to share general feedback and answer client questions

No teaching background required-just professional experience and a willingness to encourage and empower others.
