    Description

    Job description

    Conversa Corps is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit transforming multi-organizational

crisis coordination through digital collaboration infrastructure. We operate Aid Arena, a

Slack-based platform serving 650+ accounts across 380+ organizations globally,

enabling humanitarian, disaster response, and aid organizations to coordinate effectively

during crises. Our mission is to unite aid providers—from local volunteers to global

organizations—in seamless collaboration that maximizes collective impact and brings

    hope to communities in crisis.

    Summary

As head of a 12-person team including sector-specific ambassadors to the global aid

community, the Marketing Officer develops comprehensive marketing strategies targeting

specific aid sectors and geographic regions. The goal is to connect with, market, and

recruit organizations to join our Aid Arena community. This role manages the lead

pipeline, coordinates ambassador activities, oversees partnership development with

major organizations, and works closely with the Communications Officer to leverage

    creative assets for targeted campaigns.

    Introduction

Lead revolutionary recruitment strategy as Marketing Officer, orchestrating Aid Arena

membership campaigns growing this online aid community from 380 to 500+

organizations while building partnerships with organizations representing specific sectors

including food security, animal welfare, and major organizations such as the Red Cross,

United Nations OCHA, and Voluntary Organizations across the US. As head of a 12-

person team including sector ambassadors, you're recruiting organizations into our

coordination infrastructure, multiplying disaster response effectiveness globally.

Your strategic vision identifies which sectors need coordination most urgently, your campaigns

drive food security and animal rescue expansion reaching 300 organizations, and your

partnership development brings credibility-building major players into our network. When

you recruit a state VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster), you enable

coordination for hundreds of their member organizations. When campaigns convert food

banks to members, you strengthen disaster food distribution networks feeding

communities in crisis. This role demands marketing leadership, B2B expertise, and

passion for humanitarian coordination. Join us leveraging marketing excellence for

humanitarian impact at scale where strategy meets life-saving mission.
