    Description

    We are seeking volunteers to assist with basic IT support:

    • Providing technical support to staff and volunteers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Assisting with data management and analysis, ensuring the accuracy and security of information.
    • Implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems.
    • Training staff and volunteers on basic IT skills and best practices.

    Work will mostly be on an on-call basis, as IT issues come up. Volunteers should be local to Walnut Creek, CA in order to provide on-site assistance.
