    BluShues Inc. is a non-profit organization and Christian ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.     Role Overview

    The Community Outreach and Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen BluShues Inc.’s outreach efforts and partnerships. A key focus of this role is designing and implementing a strong strategy for hosting online events, virtual fellowships, and faith-based engagements that build community, deepen spiritual connection, and expand the organization’s reach.

    This role combines strategic planning, relationship-building, and program coordination to support BluShues Inc.’s ministry objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Community Outreach & Engagement

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive community outreach strategy aligned with BluShues Inc.’s mission and ministry goals.
    • Plan, coordinate, and host online events, virtual fellowships, prayer sessions, Bible discussions, and ministry gatherings.
    • Foster meaningful engagement with volunteers, supporters, churches, and partner communities.
    • Ensure all outreach activities reflect Christian values and promote spiritual growth.

    Partnership Development

    • Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with churches, ministries, nonprofits, and community-based organizations.
    • Support partnership discussions by drafting outreach messages, collaboration proposals, and engagement plans.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to align partnerships with organizational priorities.

    Strategy & Planning

    • Draft and continuously refine a strong strategy for online events and fellowships, including objectives, formats, schedules, and engagement methods.
    • Assess outreach impact and recommend improvements based on participation and feedback.
    • Collaborate with the Communications Team to promote events and maximize reach.

    Coordination & Reporting

    • Maintain clear records of outreach activities, partnerships, and event outcomes.
    • Provide periodic updates and reports to leadership on outreach performance and community engagement.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Strong interest or experience in community outreach, ministry engagement, partnerships, or program coordination.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute virtual events effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Passion for Christian ministry and faith-based service.
    • Prior experience in nonprofit, church, or ministry settings is an advantage but not required.

    Time Commitment

    • Approximately 4–6 hours per week
    • Flexible scheduling
