Description
Help us fill the auction and raffle with amazing items from our community! You’ll help:
- Identify potential donors and businesses
- Send donation requests and follow up
- Track committed items and donor information
- Coordinate collection or delivery of donations
- Gather descriptions, values, logos, and other information needed for promotion
- Help organize auction and raffle items as the event approaches
Best for someone who: Is organized, persistent, and comfortable reaching out to businesses and community contacts.
Time commitment: Primarily September 2026-February 2027. All auction items must be collected one month before the event.
