Description
The person in this role will work in support of the Development Manager to maintain accurate data in the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system used to maintain information on supporters of the initiative.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Checking CRM systems 3 times per week (Ideally Monday, Wednesday, Friday) to ensure new donation/donor data is correct.
Coordinating with Development Manager to build targeted lists for donor emails & communications.
Troubleshooting any issues with CRM systems with support from Tech.
Coordinating with Gift Processor as appropriate.
