Rancho Los Cerritos Historic Site is a beautiful property in Long Beach that includes enchanting garden areas, an authentic adobe house that is 179 years old, and offers free tours to visitors led by volunteer docents. The Rancho relies on an enthusiastic team of volunteers to communicate the history, culture, and activities of the Rancho's rich history.
The Rancho always invites people to join our team! Volunteers can greet the public, share the history with guest by training to be a house or garden docent. We also have opportunities for folks to help in the gardens.
