Volunteers Needed: Mother & Baby Community Event
We are looking for caring, energetic volunteers to help make our upcoming Mother & Baby Community Event welcoming, organized, and memorable for mothers, babies, and families in our community!
Volunteer support is needed before, during, and after the event. Whether you can help greet families with a smile, assist with activities, or pitch in during setup and cleanup, your time will make a meaningful difference.
Volunteer Opportunities
- Set up decorations and event materials
- Inflate and pop hundreds of balloons
- Distribute games, prizes, and food
- Greet mothers, babies, and families as they arrive
- Hold the entrance door and welcome guests
- Direct families to seating and activity areas
- Answer basic event questions and help families find what they need
- Assist with microphone questions and audience participation
- Help collect participant data, feedback, and sign-in information
- Respond to reasonable requests from mothers and families
- Break down tables, decorations, and event materials
- Clean up the room following the event
Bring your positive attitude, willingness to help, and commitment to supporting local mothers and families. No matter your role, you will help create a warm, fun, and supportive experience for everyone attending.
