Chicagoland Animal Rescue is a growing nonprofit cat-only rescue dedicated to adopting out and assisting cats in need. We are passionate about making a positive impact through various online channels, and we believe that powerful and engaging video content is an effective way to reach a wider audience.

Are you a creative individual with a passion for storytelling through video content? We are seeking a Volunteer Video Creator to join our team and help us share our mission and stories on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. As a Volunteer Video Creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and informative videos that will captivate our online community and increase our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and create high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with our marketing and social media teams to align video content with our organization's goals and messaging.
• Edit and produce videos using various video editing software.
• Stay updated on current video trends and optimize content for each platform.
• Be responsible for filming, editing, and delivering content in a timely manner.

Requested Skills:

• Strong video creation and editing skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar).
• Understanding of social media trends and best practices for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
• A passion for our organization's mission and a desire to make a positive impact.
