Description
We are looking for people interested in collaborating in agroforestry, with a willingness for physical work and openness to living the experience of an eco-farm and permaculture community.
Main activities:
- Support in agroforestry management and SAF areas
- Practical field activities (planting, pruning, biomass management, harvesting)
- Support with general farm maintenance and gardening
- Participation in collective activities and daily community life
- Collaborative work with the core team, other volunteers, and apprentices
Desired profile:
- Experience and interest in agroforestry, agroecology, sustainability, or rural life
- Willingness for physical work and hands-on activities
- Openness to learning, collaborating, and living in community
- Responsibility and respect for shared space rules
- Ability to work in a team
- Multicultural environment (English is a plus, not mandatory)

About us:
Eco Caminhos is an eco-farm and permaculture community located in the Serra de Nova Friburgo (RJ), Brazil. Since 2014, we have been working with agroforestry, natural building, environmental education, and regeneration of the Atlantic Forest, combining fieldwork, community life, and continuous learning in a multicultural environment.
