    About the Organization

    Santos Creations Educational Foundation (SCEF) is a Pan-African NGO advancing quality education through innovation, media, and technology. Its media division — Santos Media Services — operates NESA-Africa TV, It’s In Me Radio, and the EduAid-Africa Webinar Series, connecting millions of learners and educators across Africa and the diaspora.

    About the Roles

    We’re recruiting global volunteers, interns, and presenters to join our 2025–2026 media cycle.

    This is an opportunity to amplify education stories, host influential programs, and shape policy conversations that redefine how Africa learns.

    You’ll work on:

    • Bi-weekly online webinars (EduAid-Africa Series)
    • Daily educational radio programs (It’s In Me Radio)
    • Documentary and award productions (NESA-Africa TV)
    • Research and development for education advocacy

    Ideal Candidates

    We’re looking for:

    • Storytellers and communicators with heart and curiosity.
    • Students or graduates in journalism, education, communications, development studies, or creative media.
    • Individuals who believe media can drive social change.

    Skills Preferred:

    • Editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut)
    • Audio (Audacity, Adobe Audition)
    • Visual storytelling and camera confidence
    • Writing, research, and social media management
    • Online streaming tools (OBS, StreamYard, Zoho Live)

    Compensation

    All internships and volunteer roles are unpaid but include:

    • Certificates of Completion
    • LinkedIn endorsement
    • Mentorship under the SCEF Media Academy 2025–2026
    • Global feature credits in award and radio programs

    🎯 Who We’re Looking For

    We welcome:

    • Presenters & Anchors who can inspire, inform, and connect audiences.
    • Webinar Moderators & Co-hosts who can lead discussions with grace and curiosity.
    • Regional Correspondents who can report stories of change from communities and diaspora hubs.
    • R&D Volunteers / Interns passionate about research, education, and creative storytelling.
    • Audio-Visual & Editing Volunteers with skills in Canva, CapCut, Audacity, Premiere Pro, or OBS Studio.
    • Writers & Digital Communicators who can simplify big ideas into engaging social media posts.

    🧩 How to Apply

    1️⃣ Prepare Your 1-Minute Introduction Video

    🎥 Create a short video introducing yourself (maximum 60 seconds).

    In your video:

    • State your name, country, and preferred role (e.g., Presenter, Moderator, Correspondent).
    • Briefly describe why you want to join Santos Media Services.
    • Share one idea that could make education more engaging through media.
    • End with:
    • “I am [Your Name], and I’m ready to help shape Africa’s education story with Santos Media.”

    📸 Record in good lighting and quiet space.

    Horizontal video preferred (MP4 / MOV, max 50MB).

    2️⃣ Write a Short Bio (Maximum 150 Words)

    Your bio should include:

    • Full name and contact information
    • Current occupation or field of study
    • Language(s) spoken
    • Key skills or software you’re familiar with
    • Preferred program (NESA-Africa TV, It’s In Me Radio, EduAid-Africa Webinars, or Rebuild My School Africa Media Desk)

    💡 Important Notes

    • All volunteer and internship roles are remote-friendly (unless otherwise stated).

    • Teams will be managed via Google Workspace, Notion, or Asana, with bi-weekly progress calls.
    • Volunteers are encouraged to be proactive, dependable, and creative — every contribution counts.
