    Instructional Designer for Nature Counter Volunteer at CrowdDoing

    Position: Instructional Designer for Nature Counter App, CrowdDoing

    Role Type: Volunteer Position

    Role Purpose: CrowdDoing's "Nature Counter" App is at the frontier of blending health benefits of nature immersion with the power of modern technology. The Instructional Designer for Nature Counter will help create and shape the user's educational journey, ensuring an engaging, informative, and user-friendly experience.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    1. Design and Development:
      • Collaborate with app developers and content creators to design an educational interface that is seamless, intuitive, and engaging.
      • Develop interactive tutorials and in-app guidance to assist users in understanding the features of the Nature Counter App and the underlying scientific principles.
    2. Content Creation:
      • Translate empirical findings on nature immersion into digestible content for app users.
      • Develop creative multimedia elements (videos, infographics, quizzes) to reinforce key messages and concepts.
    3. User Feedback & Iteration:
      • Collect and analyze user feedback regarding the educational component of the app.
      • Make necessary modifications and improvements based on user needs and feedback.
    4. Stay Updated:
      • Regularly review and update content based on new scientific findings or app upgrades.
    5. Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with the Nature Counter team to ensure alignment of instructional strategies with app objectives and user needs.
      • Work alongside the app development team to ensure the effective integration of educational components.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Experience in instructional design, e-learning, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools.
    • Knowledge or keen interest in nature, public health benefits, and related fields.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.
    • Familiarity with app design principles will be a plus.
