Use your Finance Expertise to Coach Central American Businesses to Success

Join Bpeace as a volunteer coach and play a vital role in guiding business leaders to grow their businesses and create high quality jobs in Central America. You will be matched with businesses who need your Financial Management skills and knowledge to help them grow their business to the next level. You'll help leaders apply learnings, strengthen systems, and prepare investor or lender-ready deliverables.

Likely activities during your coaching experience include:

    • Review the company’s overall financial position and help identify any areas that need to be addressed from the standpoint of potential equity investors or lenders.
    • Help the leadership team conduct financial forecasting and a valuation of their business.
    • Help the company prepare a compelling proposal or pitch deck and any related documentation that potential investors or a lender might require.
    • Provide recommendations on how the company can identify and improve financial management processes.

    You are qualified if you:

    • Speak fluent Spanish.
    • Have extensive knowledge of financial investment and the venture capital ecosystem.
    • Can apply your experience to help a growing company improve financial management, internal processes, and be investor or lender ready.
    • Enjoy sharing your knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and business valuation.
    • Harbor passion for business and/or creating jobs in Central America.
