A Volunteer visit makes a difference-VITAS Healthcare- Florissant, 63031

VITAS Healthcare is looking for volunteers to share their time with hospice patients residing in their own homes and/or nursing facilities. Patient Care volunteers offer companionship, play music and games, read to patients, and help in other meaningful ways during visits. VITAS Healthcare provides training and orientation for hospice volunteering on communication skills, family dynamics and how to make a positive difference for patients, caregivers, and families.
