Description
There are many ways to serve your country. Honor and remember the veterans who gave us so much. Here is one of the many ways to volunteer with the Minneapolis VA in the Center for Development and Civic Engagement (CDCE) office.
Do you have office experience? Do you enjoy helping people help others? The CDCE office at the Minneapolis VA is looking for outgoing, organized individuals with general knowledge of computers, copiers and phones to assist veterans, their caregivers, and family members, and staff in the office.
Qualifications and/or Training Required:
- Must have customer service experience.
- Reliable and accountable.
- Outgoing, courteous and good interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills and ability to research information.
Shifts needed:
- Wednesday = 8:00AM – 12:00PM
- Friday = 8:00AM – 12:00PM
A resume is not required but can be submitted before or during the initial new volunteer appointment with CDCE.
