    Commitment: Part-time, Flexible Hours

    The Caleb Danladi Foundation is seeking a passionate and skilled Volunteer Human Resources Manager to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who believes in community development, youth empowerment, humanitarian services, and wants to contribute their HR expertise to a meaningful cause.

    Role Summary

    The Volunteer HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, HR policy development, and staff/volunteer welfare. This role is critical to ensuring we maintain an effective, motivated, and accountable team.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Lead recruitment and selection for volunteers, interns, and staff
      • Prepare job descriptions and manage applications
      • Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding programmes
      • Develop and update HR policies and handbooks
      • Support team leaders with performance management
      • Maintain proper HR records and documentation
      • Promote positive team culture, staff engagement, and conflict resolution
      • Coordinate training and development initiatives
      • Provide HR reports to management when required

    Requirements

      • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
      • Previous HR experience (volunteer or professional) is an added advantage
      • Good knowledge of HR processes and best practices
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
      • Organised, reliable, and passionate about humanitarian work
      • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
