    Description

    At Heart of Hospice, our vision is to transform

    end-of-life care in the communities we serve.

    We understand Veterans have unique needs at

    the end of life that are best addressed when they

    feel understood by another Veteran. Heart of

    Hospice’s Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteer Program

    aims to pair Veteran volunteers with Veteran

    hospice patients.

    As a Veteran volunteer, you may:

    * Visit with Veterans

    * Participate in pinning ceremonies

    * Share common experiences and

    memories

    * Help Veterans share their stories
