    Description

    Gentiva Hospice is proud to be part of the We Honor Veterans program. Are you a veteran? Would you like to help serve your fellow vets? We are in need of veteran volunteers to assist with our program. This volunteer position consists of, but is not limited to: Providing companionship to our veterans who are on hospice, providing emotional support, participating in pinning ceremonies, and educating our teams on military culture. Trained hospice volunteers who are also veterans will have the special ability to support other veterans whose illness is life-limiting. Reach out if you have interest in serving your fellow vets!     New Hospice Branch through Gentiva Hospice opening. We are looking to support patient's within a 25 mile radius of Shamokin Dam PA.

    This will be a new location in the Shamokin Dam area to support our growing patient census.
