    • Assist with planning and execution of fundraising events and virtual initiatives
    • Track campaign progress and help evaluate outcomes

    Donor & Community Engagement

    • Assist in donor outreach, cultivation, and stewardship efforts

    Collaboration & Leadership

    • Work closely with the Executive Director, Board, and volunteers
    • Support fundraising-related board engagement and participation
    • Provide ideas, insights, and best practices to strengthen fundraising capacity

    • Experience with fundraising, event planning, sales, marketing, or relationship-building (professional or volunteer)
    • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Familiarity with grassroots fundraising or peer-to-peer campaigns is a plus
