    About AVET:

    Apostolic Voice Education Trust (AVET) is a Christ-centered, volunteer-driven organization empowering African communities through education, leadership development, discipleship, mental wellbeing, and community transformation.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Volunteer Lead for our Community Transformation Pillar to guide programs that uplift communities through service, education, health, environmental projects, and volunteer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and oversee all programs under the Community Transformation Pillar

    Mentor and guide Coordinators and volunteers

    Plan community service initiatives, health campaigns, and sustainability projects

    Ensure programs align with AVET’s mission and Christ-centered values

    Report progress and impact to the Founder / President

    Represent the pillar in organizational meetings

    Qualifications / Skills:

    Passion for community development and service

    Leadership and team management skills

    Strong communication, organization, and project planning abilities

    Experience in community programs, outreach, or volunteering is a plus

    Commitment to AVET’s mission and Christ-centered values

    Time Commitment:

    Flexible; includes weekly planning, program oversight, and project implementation
