Description
Native Flora Seeds is a nonprofit dedicated to restoring biodiversity by helping communities plant native species that support birds, bees, and butterflies.
This is an exciting opportunity. We are seeking a Volunteer Fundraising & Donations Coordinator to help expand our impact by developing and managing donation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about conservation who enjoys connecting with donors and building meaningful partnerships.
ey Responsibilities
- Develop and manage fundraising campaigns (online and community-based)
- Identify and reach out to potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities
- Help create donation messaging and outreach materials
- Coordinate donation programs and track contributions
- Support partnerships with organizations (e.g., water districts, conservation groups)
- Collaborate on strategies to grow recurring donations
Qualifications
- Interest in environmental conservation, native plants, or biodiversity
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Experience in fundraising, nonprofit work, or sales is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
