Description
WSPEC, a global non-profit, is accelerating the realization of a space elevator through targeted STEAM competitions. We are looking for a driven Social Media Coordinator to be the voice of our organization and tell the story of the space elevator competitions to a global audience. You will curate engaging content that inspires students, engineers, and enthusiasts, helping to build a digital movement around our mission.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to showcase our competitions and milestones.
- Engage directly with our online community, fostering conversation and answering questions to build a loyal following.
- Analyze engagement data to refine our messaging and grow our reach within the global space and STEAM sectors.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Excellent writing skills to capture the excitement of the challenge.
- Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- A genuine passion for space, futuristic technology, and engaging the next generation of STEAM leaders.
