Your Addition Makes a Difference! Volunteer with Heart Math Tutoring.
Our mission at Heart Math Tutoring is to ensure that all elementary students develop the strong foundation in math and enthusiasm for academics needed for long-term success, by helping schools use volunteers as tutors. We plan to serve approximately 50 elementary students at our new Cabarrus County partner school, Wolf Meadow Elementary, and we are looking for volunteers to serve as one-on-one math tutors for the 2026/27 school year.
Heart Math Tutoring provides a fun way to mentor Concord-area elementary students while delivering academic skills crucial to their success. Volunteers commit 1 hour per week. Heart provides an easy-to-follow curriculum with engaging activities and games, and a Program Coordinator is available during sessions to make sure things run smoothly.
