- The "Founder" Experience: You will create the foundational Brand Identity, including the visual and tonal brand kit. This is a massive "win" to showcase in a portfolio or on LinkedIn.
- Multi-Channel Strategy: You’ll gain experience across a diverse ecosystem, including Substack, LinkedIn, and upcoming YouTube/Podcast launches.
Strategic Influence & Autonomy
As a strategist, you aren't just taking orders; you are a key advisor to the leadership team.
- Direct Impact: Your work on Voice Refinement will directly influence how the public perceives the organization during its critical 2026 launch.
- Leadership Collaboration: You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure branding aligns with Strategic Growth goals, such as scaling the "Guided Trail" program.
Professional Networking & Growth
Transition Trails is positioned at the intersection of community building and personal development.

Mission-Driven Fulfillment
Beyond the resume, there is the intrinsic value of the work itself.
- Support Human Connection: By refining the brand, you are helping more people find Transition Trails and navigate career transitions with support.
- Flexibility: This is a Remote position with a manageable 3-6-month commitment, allowing you to give back without burning out.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand strategy, marketing, or creative direction.
