Help Serve, Help Build Community, Help Fuel a Mission

Location: Chef Irvin’s Home Kitchen — Lakewood, Dallas Date: Tuesday, May 19 Time: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Volunteers Needed: 2 Roles: Water Refills • Light Event Support • End‑of‑Night Clean‑Up Perk: You’ll be fed a full Italian feast while you serve

    💛 About the Event

Every Tuesday night, Chef Gary W. Irvin II opens his home for a free, abundant, family‑style global dinner — a joyful gathering where friends become family. These dinners fuel the mission behind:

    • 🌟 The Kitchen of Tomorrow Campaign
    • 🌟 The Angels School of Culinary Arts
    • 🌟 Soup Angels outreach feeding 1,000 neighbors weekly

This week’s dinner is a Cena Tradizionale Italiana a Sette Portate — a seven‑course Italian feast served family‑style, filled with warmth, laughter, and community.

    🙌 Volunteer Responsibilities

Volunteers will help keep the evening flowing smoothly by assisting with:

    • 💧 Water refills at the table
    • 🍽️ Light event support as needed
    • 🧼 Simple end‑of‑night clean‑up (clearing disposables, wiping surfaces)

No heavy lifting. No stress. Just kindness, presence, and teamwork.

    🍝 Volunteer Perks

You will be treated like family — and fed like family, too. Enjoy the full seven‑course Italian dinner while you help support a mission that feeds Dallas with dignity and love.

    🌟 Who We’re Looking For

    People who are:

    • Friendly and community‑minded
    • Comfortable in a warm, home‑based event setting
    • Happy to help with simple tasks
    • Supportive of food‑justice and community‑care work

    ❤️ Why Your Help Matters

Every plate passed and every hand that helps makes it possible for Chef Irvin to continue feeding families, seniors, and unhoused neighbors across Dallas — seven days a week.

Your presence supports the mission, the meal, and the movement.
