Help Local Older Adults Stay Connected-Volunteer Drivers Needed
Details
Description
Become a Volunteer Driver-Make a Difference in a Day
Looking for a meaningful way to give back? Join the City of Irvine's Volunteer Driver Team and help older adults stay active, independent, and connected to the community.
With shifts available between 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. even one day a week can make a real impact. You'll provide safe, friendly rides to essential appointments, grocery shopping, social activities, and more.
Volunteer drivers must be 21 years old or older with a valid driver's license. As a volunteer driver, you will use a City of Irvine vehicle- no wear and tear on your car, receive training, and play a meaningful role in the lives of Irvine's older adults by helping them stay active, healthy, and engaged.
Why Volunteer?
