    Budgeting & Strategic Financial Planning

    • Collaborate with the Executive Director on annual budgeting and financial planning
    • Monitor financial performance against approved budgets
    • Support long-term financial sustainability and growth strategies

    Board & Leadership Support

    • Serve as a financial advisor to the Board and Executive Director
    • Help Board members understand financial reports and implications
    • Participate in Board discussions related to funding, grants, and fiscal strategy

    Audit & Reporting Support

    • Support preparation for audits, financial reviews, or required filings
    • Assist in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders and regulators

    • Ongoing financial review and consultation as needed
    • Estimated 3–6 hours per month, with flexibility during budgeting or reporting periods
