    Description

    Catholic Charities Social Services in Stanislaus County operates multiple programs for seniors and families that rely on dedicated volunteers.

    Ombudsmen serve on behalf of residents in long term care and assisted living facilities in Stanislaus County.

    Ombudsmen help monitor the quality of care, identify and resolve problems, and respond to complaints received on behalf of elderly residents in skilled nursing homes and assisted living facilities

    Requires 36 hours of training to become state certified
