Empower Tamizhagam has worked on livelihoods and poverty alleviation in Tamil Nadu, South India for 15 years, through small business support, policy work, and government program access.
Description
Empower Tamizhagam is looking for a small group of senior advisors — retired officials, policy veterans, and sector leaders — to lend strategic judgment to our work in Tamil Nadu, South India.
This isn't hands-on execution. It's for people with decades of relevant experience and relationships who can help occasionally — reviewing direction, making an introduction, or helping escalate a policy issue to the right level of government.
What we're looking for: Senior experience in government, policy, or development. A strong network. Availability of a few hours a month, on your own schedule.
