    Description

    Engagement & Communications Lead (Thrive Together Well-being Initiative)

    Purpose:

    Keep volunteers connected, informed, and supported through thoughtful, inclusive communication and storytelling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Draft and send team-wide updates and gratitude messages.
    • Support workshop communication campaigns and reminders.
    • Maintain communication channels (Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Google Chat).
    • Gather volunteer spotlights and stories to strengthen a sense of belonging.

    Skills & Strengths:

    • Clear communicator, relationship-builder, inclusive writer.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in communications, writing, or engagement programs preferred.

    Time Commitment: 10-15 hours weekly

    Reports To: Founding Director (Kai) and Deputy Director.
