    Description

Volunteer Companions Needed – Spanish Speakers Encouraged

Holy Savior Hospice is seeking compassionate Spanish-speaking volunteers to provide companionship to patients receiving hospice care.

Many of our patients feel most comforted speaking their native language. Your presence — through conversation, reading, listening, or simply sitting with a patient — can ease loneliness and bring peace to both patients and their families.

No medical experience is required. Training is provided.

If you have a caring heart, a listening ear, and the ability to speak Spanish, we invite you to make a meaningful difference.

    Volunteer roles may include:

    • Friendly visits and conversation in Spanish
    • Reading, music, or shared quiet time
    • Emotional support for patients and families
    • Virtual or in-person companionship opportunities
