    Description

Help us tell the story of community health in action. Partnerships for Advancing Community Health (PACH) supports networks of Community Health Workers who connect people to care and improve real outcomes.

    What you’ll do:

    • Turn real-world work into short stories, profiles, and social posts
    • Help update website content
    • Create simple visuals (one-pagers, graphics, etc.)
    • Translate data into clear, human stories that resonate with funders and partners

You’re a good fit if you:

    • Write clearly and know how to keep things concise
    • Can make complex work easy to understand
    • Have basic experience with tools like Canva or website editors
    • Care about community impact and equity

    Time: Flexible, ~5–10 hours/month

    Why it matters:
