About Sync with God

Sync with God is a Christian discipleship ministry dedicated to helping people cultivate a daily, interactive relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, listening, and obedience. Our vision is to see disciples who make disciples, resulting in transformed lives, healthy communities, and movements of spiritual multiplication around the world.

We believe prayer is the foundation of every disciple-making movement and are seeking a passionate volunteer to help inspire and coordinate a growing international prayer movement.

Position Summary

The Global Prayer Movement Coordinator will help mobilize believers, ministry leaders, and prayer partners around the world to pray for spiritual awakening, disciple-making movements, leadership development, and global mission efforts.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for prayer, a heart for the nations, and a desire to see disciples multiplied in every community and culture. The coordinator will encourage participation, strengthen communication among prayer partners, and help create opportunities for people around the world to unite in prayer for God's Kingdom purposes.

Responsibilities

Prayer Movement Development

• • Help develop and expand a global network of prayer partners.
  • Encourage participation in regular prayer initiatives and campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to engage churches, ministries, and individuals in united prayer.
  • Support the vision of disciple-making multiplication through prayer.

Communication & Engagement

• • Communicate regularly with prayer partners through email, online meetings, and ministry updates.
  • Share prayer requests, testimonies, and stories of God's work around the world.
  • Encourage ongoing involvement and spiritual encouragement among participants.
  • Help build a sense of community among global prayer partners.

Prayer Gathering Coordination

• • Assist in organizing virtual prayer gatherings and special prayer events.
  • Coordinate schedules, invitations, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with ministry leaders and prayer champions across different regions and countries.
  • Encourage participation from diverse cultures and ministry networks.

Administrative Support

• • Maintain prayer partner contact information and communication records.
  • Assist with planning calendars and communication schedules.
  • Help track participation and engagement in prayer initiatives.
  • Support ministry leadership with prayer-related projects and activities.

Qualifications

Required

• • A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • A passion for prayer, discipleship, and spiritual awakening.
  • A heart to see disciples multiplied among all peoples and nations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and encourage others.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• • Experience leading prayer groups, Bible studies, ministry teams, or discipleship initiatives.
  • Experience working with churches, ministries, or mission organizations.
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
  • Interest in global missions, leadership development, and disciple-making movements.
