Description
Applicants must live near or in driving distance of Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
The Foster Coordinator will manage the day-to-day logistics associated with animal fostering. It is a crucial role that allows Grace Rehabilitation Center to place animals in need in loving and adequate foster homes. This is a part-time role that is located near the organization. Volunteers are responsible for all travel expenses and providing their own vehicle.
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Schedule interviews and screen foster applicants
- Perform home visits when applicable and necessary
- Transfer of animals to approved foster homes or veterinarian clinics
- Coordinate veterinarian appointments with foster and vet clinic
